Our chickens are doing well. Brielle looks forward to coming home to see them each night. They are her babies. Not much to say about her partial hospitalization eating program, other than she (we) completed day 5 today and it has been difficult. Hard on her and us. One day at a time! Praying for progress next week. The staff is wonderful and they know how to treat ARFID, so I trust their process. Right now she attends 7 days a week.
Everyday when we pick up Brielle she asks to play with her chickens and swim in the pool with her brothers. We discovered tonight that Brielle learned how to take videos on her new tablet. We purchased the tablet for her to take to the hospital to use as her reward when she earns her “points”. This morning, before taking her to the hospital, she took a video of her brothers and the chickens that I thought was too cute not to share.
Last night she wanted me to take photos of her with her chickens. Here are some of the photos we took. They are lovely silkies! She sure does love her chickens!
