I got a number of compliments while out this morning, so I thought I would share my outfit and style from today.
I have to say that the accessories make the outfit. It was definitely the assessories that made my outfit today. My scarf came from Sam Moon. I love shopping for jewelry, scarves, and hats at their store. If you don’t live near a Sam Moon store, you can still shop them online! Here is a link to their scarves: Sam Moon Scarves. Their inventory changes often, so at a quick perusal I didn’t find my exact scarf on their website, but I did find some others I plan to buy! Their Scarves range in price from $5-$30. Most Scarves are around $10 and they are good quality for that price!
The shoes are Machi. I picked them up at my local Clothes Mentor consignment store the same day I bought the Tory Burch dress, which I previously blogged about https://livingjoydaily.com/2017/03/02/style-tory-burch-dress-and-baublebar-jewelry-entire-outfit-under-100/ The shoes were brand new with tags too! I love a good deal!!
Today was a day I got ready in under 15 minutes. I slept in, thank you Justin and my Dad (who is here visiting) for watching the kids so I could sleep until 10:00 am!! I haven’t had that luxury in months! Because I slept so late I had to get ready fast for a birthday party. No time for hair to get done, so it was a hat day today. I love this Beret I am wearing. I love the versitality of a black dress dress and leggings. I own a variety of black dresses. They are the easiest thing to throw on when in a rush and the look can be changed endlessly with different accessories. This is one of my favorite dresses because it is so versialite and comfortable. It is a Ronnie Nicole dress with a nice tied sleeve detail. I bought this one at Steinmart in two colors for $49 each (regular price is $72). In my opinion this dress runs slightly large, so if you are between sizes, order the smaller size.

Every day is a day to dress up! You are worth it and it doesn’t cost anymore to dress up than to wear jeans and a casual top. Most people let their nice clothing go out of style before they ever wear it out. It’s time to pull those nice garments from the back of your closet and wear them out, BEFORE they go out of style!
